Justin got started with web technology in his early teens with the Mosaic browser, an early version of Linux, and a 2400 baud modem. Ever since that time, computers and technology have been a way of life for Justin. He joined up with the startup Animus Communications, a hosting company, during his early college years. Later, he founded his own freelance web design company, FocusIN Design, to help pay for his education. A few years after that, Element Fusion was born.
Justin attended Southern Nazarene University graduating in 2000 with degrees in Computer Information Systems and Business Finance. As the chief operating officer at Element Fusion, Justin leads the sales team, manages human resources, oversees accounting, and helps to provide top-level leadership and vision for the company as a whole. His recipe for a successful business is simple: always provide great quality, only settle for the best, and make your customers love you. As Justin says, "a customer should be a partner for life, not just another project."
In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, camping, hiking and, of course, playing around with computers and technology.
Ryan Whitaker

Ryan is passionate about the business of software development, and has been a long-time advocate of simplicity in software design. He has been involved in software development since his college days, and has personally developed popular software products that he has sold to many of the largest Fortune 500 companies. Now, Ryan applies his passion for software to his leadership at Element Fusion.
Ryan graduated from Baylor University in 2000 with a degree in computer science. As one of Element Fusion's founders, he has served many roles throughout the history of the company. One of Ryan's responsibilities is overseeing the technology vision of the company, and he has led Element Fusion through a progression from simple web development, to custom application development, and now into web-based product development. Ryan is the creator and leader of Element Fusion's products division and strategy. He is also the head developer of all applications and programming. In addition, Ryan provides top-level leadership and vision to the company as a whole.
Ryan's wife and two little boys are the joys of his life. He also loves to travel and he is quite the photographer. Plus, Ryan is avid about fitness and weightlifting. Ask anyone around here and they will tell you that Ryan is the strongest man alive.
